About Us

Hunt & McTavish Accountants is a small, well-established, local firm committed to providing a high standard of professional advice and personal service.

Founded by Peter Hunt in 1995, the firm welcomed Craig McTavish in 1997. Having practiced Accountancy for almost 50 years, Peter Hunt has now retired and Craig leads the dedicated small team.

Well-established and respected in the Cootaundra area, Craig McTavish is a registered tax agent and a member of CPA Australia. 

Kim Boxsell, an undergraduate studying with CSU, supports clients with taxation, business accounting, business activity statements and superannuation funds.

Brooklynn Thompson manages our office, attending to administration, client communication and is a certified Xero Adviser. 

Kristen Last also provides support in accounting and office administration.
